River fishing trips and fishing guide services in southern Finland
Kymijoki Kotka, the best salmon river in southern Finland, offers a versatile and excellent setting for salmon and sea trout fishing trips. Travel only about 1h 15min from Helsinki. We also do river fishing trips to smaller rapids in Southern and Central Finland.
The charm of river fishing lies in its diversity and prized game fish, the size of which can reach over 10 kilos at best. The biggest salmon caught with fishing gear in Kymijoki have weighed up to 20 kilos. Beautiful landscapes, bubbling rapids and calm river banks with casting piers offer an enjoyable and at the same time exciting and challenging fishing experience. Our experienced fishing guides know the best fishing spots in the river, so you too have a good chance of catching your own record fish! As catch fish, we mainly catch salmon, sea trout, rainbow trout, whitefish and grayling from the river. The best fishing seasons are early spring, late summer and autumn.
